We conduct a needs-analysis and define scope complete with a contract including pricing and service level expectations.

The project is taken over by the project team from the sales team. The project team involves the client, as well as our technical and support engineers.

This is a step-by-step technical discovery process where we record details about the client site, data size, internet service provider, network device, users, printers/scanners/fax, applications, vendors, etc.

Based on the chosen customised solution, all installations or migrations to a new state are planned with a goal of minimising downtime.

Once a list of infrastructure, hardware and/or virtual resources, covering all aspects of the IT environment is finalised, they are ordered and provisioned for the users to experience.

If the new state of the IT environment is very different from the existing state, rigorous testing is performed. Training is also provided to bring the users up to speed.

The tested environment is handed over to the client and if there are multiple sites, they go-live one after another. Any issues that arise are recorded and addressed upon.

At this stage, the Account Manager is introduced to act as a point of contact and regular meetings are agreed upon.

The whole project is reviewed and any complex or difficult issues are discussed openly to ensure resolutions have been found for any issues identified.
